PDF format
You can use a free online tool to reduce your PDF file size. ·

JPG or JPEG format
Scan your document at a lower resolution, such as 96 DPI.
Or you can use your mobile phone to take a photo of your document, then crop out any empty space around the image.
Save your document to your files or email a copy to yourself, selecting the smallest size when prompted.
PNG format
Scan your document at a lower resolution, such as 96 DPI.
Or you can save the file as a JPG or JPEG which will automatically reduce the file size.
Please check that you are not trying to load the same file or a file with the same name as another uploaded file.
To fix this issue:
Rename the file and try uploading again.
Click once on the name of your file, and you will be able to change the file name.
