We have seen a spike in suspicious activity across a small number of members’ accounts. We have contacted those members to assist them.
As a precaution, temporary restrictions to changing your bank account, email and phone numbers via your online account and mobile app are currently in place.
Even though you may not be able to see your account, or you are seeing a $0 balance, your account is secure. This is a temporary situation and we’re working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to have these restrictions lifted as soon as possible. If you need to urgently change your bank account details, use the Change my details form. To change your email or phone numbers, please call us on 1300 300 273, 8am-8pm (AEST/AEDT) weekdays.

Making a withdrawal

If you've met a condition of release, you can apply by logging into your account online and going to 'Transactions'. (You can’t do this via the app.)

You can update your address, email, or phone number via your account online.
Log into your account online, click on your name and select 'Contact details'.
Don't have online access set up? Register for online access to your account to get started.
To update your name, gender or date of birth, you'll need to download and complete a Change my details form.
