As an employer, the super payments you make for your employees are essential in helping them to achieve their best possible financial position in retirement.
However there can still be a lot to navigate for employees when it comes to managing their super, regardless of whether they are just starting out or getting closer to retirement.
AustralianSuper has developed a range of education sessions to help members to get the most from their super. Topics span the entire super journey – from understanding the basics right through to wellbeing in retirement.
Onsite and online sessions available
AustralianSuper Education Managers can present education sessions on a wide range of topics, with each session tailored for your employees.
Sessions can be delivered onsite at your business and will usually require a minimum of 20 registrations. Alternatively, we can also deliver sessions online as a live webinar.
Both options also include a Q&A segment, giving employees the chance to ask specific questions to our Education Team.
In the last financial year, we delivered over 1,500 workplace sessions nationally, and it was great to connect with so many engaged people.
We also have pre-recorded webinars for employees to view at any time, from the comfort of their home. On-demand sessions include super basics for those just starting out, with more detailed information for those employees planning for retirement.
