How to register
The registration and onboarding process to partner with us as a registered adviser through your dealer group/licensee takes around 4 to 8 weeks.

Your onboarding journey

Licensee Application
- Licensee applies for approval prior to AustralianSuper accepting registrations from advisers
- Business Development team meets with the Licensee prior to registration completion
- Licensee completes and submits the application form.

Licensee Approval
- Initial assessment conducted by AustralianSuper’s Advice Assurance team
- Assessment is then reviewed and approved by Senior Management
- Approval process takes around 2-3 weeks.

Licensee registration
- The licensee and AustralianSuper sign a Licensee and Adviser Registration Agreement.

Adviser registration
- Complete the Adviser registration form online
- Complete the Product Knowledge Training online, if you wish to deduct advice fees from AustralianSuper members’ accounts.

Once on board
- Provision of adviser code
- Access to the Adviser Portal
- Access to a Business Development Manager
- Access to the Adviser Services Team
- Ability to charge advice fees to members’ accounts upon successful completion of the AustralianSuper Product Knowledge Training.
How to get authorised access to your client’s account
Whether you’re registered with us or not, you’ll need to get authorisation to access your AustralianSuper client’s account(s). For advisers not currently registered with us, please follow the authorisation process below:
- Ask your AustralianSuper client to complete and sign the Give access to your account details form and return to us by post or email.
- The form is processed, and your authority tagged to the client’s account, usually within 5 business days.
- Your client will be informed once completed.
- Call us on 1300 300 273 (weekdays 8am-8pm AEST/AEDT) to access your client’s account information.
