What is AustralianSuper’s Adviser Portal?

When it comes to super, we’re here to help make things easier. That’s where the AustralianSuper Adviser Portal comes in.

Need to set up new accounts for your clients? No problem. The portal lets you create new super and retirement accounts, any time.

Plus, you can view key information and run reports to keep you up to date with all the important details.

How do I access the portal?

First, you’ll need to register as an adviser. See our guide for how to register.

Once registered, you can sign up for the portal. We’ll provide instructions on how to do this, but you’ll need your Dealer Group AFSL, adviser code and your email address.

How can the portal make super easier?

The Adviser Portal can make it easier to manage your clients’ accounts and help them grow their investments. Here’s how.

View key client information

Easily view your clients’ AustralianSuper account details, including their account balance, contribution data and investment balance summaries.

Extract key client information

Export Centrelink schedules and extract other client information. Upload member transactions to the XPLAN platform or view in Excel, for analysis.

Extract a client profile report

By extracting a client profile report, you’re presented with all the key information in a standard, easy-to-view format.

Give portal access to support staff

Get support staff access so you can delegate work efficiently and securely. For security purposes, you’ll control permissions and approve applications.

Upload forms to the Adviser Portal

Submit most forms through the portal, except for advice fee forms and Member Direct third-party authorities.

Find eligible service start dates

We’ve made it easier to help your clients with their insurance at claim time, with your clients’ eligible service start dates appearing on the ‘Client details’ page.
