Why it’s important to keep your details up to date

Just like you want your delivery driver to have your correct address, it’s also a good idea to keep your super contact details up-to-date.

Making sure your contact details – like your postal address, email and phone number – are current means that your super fund can get in touch with you about your account to let you know of any super changes.

Two ways you can check your account

Update your information

  • Access your account on the app by selecting ‘More’ in the bottom left corner, then ‘My details’.
  • You can also access your account online by clicking on the profile button then selecting ‘Contact details’ from the dropdown menu.
