Open a new account for your client
If you need to open an accumulation, Transition to Retirement (TTR) or account-based pension (Choice Income account) for your client, you can either:
- Complete the online join form, or
- Complete the join form at the end of the relevant PDS for Accumulation, Choice Income or TTR Income, scan and upload to the Adviser Portal. Ensure the file size does not exceed 3MB per file.
- Your client’s application will be processed within 10 business days from receiving your email. You’ll be notified of your client’s member number once the account is opened and their account will also be uploaded to the Adviser Portal within 72 hours.
You can open an accumulation, account-based pension (Choice Income) or Transition to Retirement (TTR) accounts for your client using the online join form in the Adviser Portal.
